Many of Portsmouth's Community gardens will be throwing open their doors and gates to invite residents to drop in between 11-3pm and see what goes on, how they can volunteer, or even learn how to grow their own fruit and vegetables.
Portsmouth Friends of the Earth have organised a short linear walk exploring a few of the gardens. Meet 10.45 for 11am start outside John Pounds Centre, 23 Queen Street.
Gardens will be open from 11am to 3pm. All you need to do is drop by, say hello and see how good it feels to #GetGrowing!
